The inaugral release of new record label Blip Discs. O’Flynn is a young artist who first achieved circulation around blogs and channels when he released his track ‘Mantle’ with record label Aliasizm. Since then, he has been busy completing work with various musicians and producers, the results being notably an official remix for Ella Eyre’s song ‘Deeper’, and another of Miguel’s ‘Adorn’ which was featured and uploaded by the popular Eton Messy channel. His work has enabled him to collaborate with some very respectable artists, but it is in his own original material that O’Flynn is more experimental, creating bold left-of-centre dance music that shows a distinct difference from his other releases. O’Flynn’s core component for this release is the African influence. The tracks are spearheaded by his ability to re-contextualise and stylistically deliver his own sound for these dancefloor friendly cut.
