The A side begins with new artist Eastern Renaissance, who delivers a melodic and acidic dreamscape in classic form. Mike Parker continues this science fictional atmosphere with his contribution, Night of 21 Hours with whirling analogue sequences that remind us of flying saucers and outer space. The B side moves in a harder direction with Echologists buzzing and bleeping syncopations backed with heavy drum programming. The always surprising Stanislav Tolkachev concludes the EP with a track that pushes the boundaries, reflecting his unique interpretation of techno music.
