On the flip we’ve got ‘DS-8 Bass’ which does exactly what it says on the tin on this excursion in dark dancefloor drama that’d make Carl Craig stand up and notice. Finally, the rapid fire clap and cowbell attack of ‘Hartley’s Adventure’ sounds like the extended edit of a certain anthem by Adonis (we’ll give you one guess) until those soaring synth leads come rushing in, making the track take on a life of its own.
